Alex can represent you when you have been accused of any crime, including felonies, misdemeanors, and traffic offenses, including DWI. He will explain your rights to you and fight to give you the best outcome possible for your case. You cannot be convicted of any crime, be it first-degree murder or a simple traffic infraction, unless you plead guilty to it, or the District Attorney's office proves you are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Additionally, if you have had charges dismissed or some years have passed since a conviction, you may be eligible for an expungement, and Alex will be happy to help you with that process.

FAMILY LAW

Separation, Divorce, Equitable Distribution, Custody, Alimony, Child Support

While separation and divorce are things that should be avoided at all costs, Alex recognizes that some people have such things forced on them against their will. If you have family issues that are beyond resolution, Alex will fight to ensure that you receive the best outcome possible for your situation, whether it is making sure you see your kids or that you or provided for financially.

ESTATE MATTERS

Wills, Probate, Disputes, Estate Planning

Alex will help you plan so you can best take care of your loved ones after you are gone, be it by drafting a will or by advising on the legal consequences of your planned course of action. (NOTE: Alex is not a financial advisor, and will make no guarantees on the quality of any investment that you make.) Also, if a loved one has already passed, and there is now a dispute as to who receives his or her property, Alex will be happy to represent you in your fight to get what you feel is rightfully yours, or to simply provide legal advice regarding the situation.
